Welcome to Today's Women and Technology where I discuss technology and what is going on in the world around us. Women tend to relate differently than guys to technology. Just because something looks cool - we tend to roll our eyes and say - yea right, and what does it do for me? We also are much less likely to create technology. So we will talk about the glass ceiling issues relative to the technology world. If you ask questions, I'll try to provide some answers. Get ready to have some fun!

Who Is Kelley Caudle?
- Kelley Caudle
- Kelley is currently the Dir of Intelligence Sys at S2 Corp (www.s2corporation.com), CTO of One Universe Media (www.oneuniversemedia.com) and the founder of Digital Operations. She was born of a single teenage mom and raised in a low-income rural home. She was a major designer for many systems across many U.S. and NATO military C4 programs. Formerly the C4ISR Chief Engineer on the GMD program, she led the design and development of the largest single military system in the history of the U.S. with a $7 Billion / yr budget. During her tenure, her portions were successfully deployed on time and under schedule. Her 25+ years of experience includes being key developer/engineer in standards development. She was an initial military developer (1980s) that brought Internet Protocol (IP) communications over wireless systems, and the very first combined simulated and real components (early 1990s). Ms. Caudle has degrees in Physics, Math and Computer Science from UNA (4yr state college) and Executive management degree from Tuck (Dartmouth) and studies in federal contract law.
